Rite of Passage Brand in Michigan is seeking a Therapist for the Rite Care Evening Learning Center to lead after-school intervention for at-risk youth. The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and licensure as an LCSW, LSW, or LPC. Responsibilities include leading groups, supervising the youth, and working closely with the Program Manager. This role offers competitive pay between $67k and $75k based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching.
Qualifications
Possess licensure in the field of mental health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or related.
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having a valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
Lead groups and monitor day-to-day interactions with youth in the program.
Report to the Program Manager.
Provide case management and support activities.
