Rite Care is an evening learning center for at‑risk male and female youth, located at the Genesee County Juvenile Justice Center. Students will report to the ELC afterschool to participate in evidence‑based groups, skill building, tutoring, mentoring, case management and other structured activities during the day that is the highest risk for anti‑social behaviors. Rite Care will operate as a diversion program for youth at risk of becoming involved in the Juvenile Justice System, or those who are currently involved and need additional community support.
Pay: $67,000 - $72,000 depending on education and experience.

The Therapist is a member of the Rite Care Team and is responsible for leading groups and the day‑to‑day monitoring, contact and supervision of the youth assigned to the program. This position reports to the Program Manager and serves as a leader among the site team and community specialist.
Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
