Job summary

Youth Consultation Service (YCS) is seeking a dedicated individual for a role at Townsbury Spec, a residential facility for behavioral-challenged children in Great Meadows, New Jersey. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in a behavioral setting are preferred.

This position requires flexible evening hours, particularly from 3pm to 11pm on weekdays and weekends. YCS has been a leader in caring for at-risk youth since 1918, offering various social services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in psychology, sociology, education, or public health.
• 1+ years working with youth in a behavioral group setting.
• Valid driver's license required.
