Qualifications

• 3 years of direct care experience with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of a therapeutic treatment team.
• Become familiar with residents' treatment goals.
• Carry out expected interventions.
• Observe and document success.
• Identify new therapeutic goals.
