National Youth Advocate Program in Chicago, IL is seeking a Youth Engagement Specialist to support youth and families through advocacy and goal-oriented services, with after-school hours. You will help develop treatment plans, connect resources, and build trusting relationships to empower youths and their families.

The role emphasizes collaboration with caregivers, caseworkers, and partners, maintaining documentation, and traveling as needed. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Formación

• 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s Degree in social services preferred

Responsabilidades

• Advocate for youth and families to meet goals
• Develop youth treatment/service plans with client, caregiver, and team
• Identify community resources not available internally
• Assist in family reunification per youth's plan
• Review goals and progress with supervisor
• Complete required training and documentation timely
• Maintain client contact and timely communications
• Engage actively with youth to meet service needs
