Job summary

HomeSafe Florida is looking for a Youth Development Professional Floater (YDP-F) to provide direct care and supervision to children in their Specialized Therapeutic Group Home Program. The YDP-F will work a 40-hour weekly schedule primarily during the evening shift of 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

and will be responsible for implementation of the behavior management system and maintaining open communication. Applicants must have at least a high school diploma and one year of experience with children.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with children/adolescents.
• Valid Florida's driver’s license required.
• Must be able to commute to West Palm Beach.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and supervision of children in the group home program.
• Adhere to the established daily schedule of activities.
• Complete necessary documentation and maintain communication.
