Job summary

The Brigade Boys & Girls Club is seeking a Youth Development Professional - Regional Floater to provide guidance and support to youth. This part-time position involves creating enriching programs, supervising youth, and maintaining positive relationships.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or GED. Knowledge of youth development and program planning is required, along with effective communication skills and experience in tutoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age; must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working directly with school-aged youth and knowledge of youth development.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and social media navigation.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment for achieving Youth Development Outcomes.
• Coordinate program services and cooperative learning activities.
• Supervise members ensuring safety and a positive atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate attendance and reports.

Skills

Experience working with school-aged youth
