Job summary

Ritual Hot Yoga is seeking a Sales Concierge who is passionate about building community and delivering a premium studio experience in Chicago. The role focuses on introducing new clients to the practice, selling private sessions, and educating students on retail offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, merchandising experience, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality or business.

Ritual Hot Yoga is a business like no other. It is changing the way yoga is practiced, the way yoga teachers are compensated and valued, and the way students interact with the yoga industry.

The Sales Concierge at Ritual Hot Yoga gives the first taste of the luxurious experience that we provide and says the last goodbye as students depart.

Each shift, the Sales Concierge introduces new clients to the practice and setting, teaches them about the offerings at Ritual, signs new students & members up for their privates sessions, educates students on retail, supports with studio operations, and multi-tasks class logistics in a fast-paced, high energy evening filled with happy faces and a whole lotta sweat. Sales Concierges track and measure sales data of key indicators, and excel at student connection.

Ideal candidates have a passion for yoga and a strong background in sales and merchandising. The Sales Concierge is responsible for front-of-house student satisfaction and success. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related areas such as hospitality or business. The concierge position requires flexibility, strong decision-making skills, a positive team mentality, and the ability to deliver exceptional student service.

Applicants must be available to work evening shifts, on a part-time or full-time basis.
