Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Night-Shift Contract Workforce Manager to serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees, with duties at the client site.

Responsibilities include maximizing profitability, assisting with reporting, and using resources for conflict resolution, while performing customer service activities. Bachelor’s degree preferred, willing to work 7pm-7am.

As a Night-Shift Contract Workforce Manager you will…

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.

• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.

Aerotek offers a base salary of $54,000 - $65,000 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $2,000.
