Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in welding or related field.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
• Proficient written communication including ability to prepare reports, evaluations, and emails.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver welding instruction aligned with curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans to support learning outcomes and workforce readiness.
• Organize and maintain instructional materials, tools, and inventory.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, including grading and attendance.
• Provide timely feedback on student performance and participation.
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations in instruction.
