Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the field.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
• Proficient written communication skills including reports and evaluations.
• Strong verbal communication skills for classroom instruction.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Field-related license/certification including OSHA 10.
• Journeyman Plumber, Master Plumber license, NCCER Plumbing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instruction aligned with the curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans supporting learning outcomes and workforce readiness.
• Organize and maintain instructional materials, tools, and inventories.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, including grading and attendance.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback on performance and participation.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry standards and compliance, integrate into instruction.
• Communicate with staff regarding student progress.
• Model professionalism and contribute to a positive school culture.
