Bluebird Wellness & Rehabilitation seeks a friendly receptionist to greet residents, families, and visitors, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support everyday administrative tasks in a skilled nursing setting.

This on-site role requires strong communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a healthcare environment, with weekend and 3pm-7pm weekday shifts, and potential 7am-7pm weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Requires High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors and orient them to facility services.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks.
• Serve as liaison between residents and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle clerical duties, process mail, and maintain resident directory information.
• Respond to inquiries and assist with issue resolution to support quality care.
