Job summary

Thriveworks seeks Delaware-licensed clinicians to provide telehealth care in the evenings and on weekends. The role supports families and individuals across the country with flexible scheduling from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, seven days a week, and requires at least 15 hours of weekly availability.

Compensation is up to $27,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities; includes paid orientation, training, and benefits for a W-2 employee.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Delaware (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD).
• Available for minimum 10 sessions weekly and 15 hours total availability.
• Open to treating diverse clients, including couples and children.
• Comfortable using telehealth and clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth mental health care to clients.
• Maintain flexible scheduling and weekly availability.
• Document sessions and coordinate with clinical leadership.
