Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver telehealth services in Delaware. The role requires independent licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) and 15+ sessions per week with 20 hours of availability. You’ll treat a broad client base, including couples and children, and use telehealth and EHR tools.

Thriveworks offers admin support, paid orientation, and a path to a full caseload within 90 days, with flexible scheduling seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and located in Delaware.
• Available to provide a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours weekly.
• Open to treating diverse clients including couples and children.
• Invested in measurable client progress and telehealth/tech fluency.

Responsibilities
