Job summary

Thriveworks in Delaware is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth care to our nationwide client base. You must be independently licensed (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) and reside in Delaware, with a commitment of at least 25 sessions per week and 30 hours of availability.

As a W2 clinician, you’ll receive guaranteed pay, health/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) with matching, PTO, loan repayment assistance, and CEU support, plus access to clinical leadership and a supportive community of 2,700+

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Delaware (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions per week with 30 hours of weekly availability.
• Willing to treat a variety of clients including couples and children.
• Invested in measurable progress and collaborating with a clinical community.
• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients in Delaware and nationwide.
• Be an active member of Thriveworks clinical community.
• Participate in monthly case consultations and clinical support.
