Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth therapy to clients across the United States, with Delaware licensure required.

This full-time remote role offers up to $100,300 annually, with benefits including health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and loan repayment assistance. You will manage a full caseload and use telehealth and EHR systems.

Thriveworks supports clinicians with credentialing, scheduling, and marketing, enabling you to focus on delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in Delaware (LPCMH, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and independent licensure.
• Available for 25+ sessions weekly.
• Open to a variety of clients including couples and children, with measurable progress goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to clients across the United States.
• Maintain a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Collaborate with Thriveworks community and utilize telehealth and EHR tools.
