Job summary

The Trillium in McLean, VA is seeking a Part-Time Server for evenings and weekends to deliver high-quality dining service to Residents and Guests. You will apply proper food handling and infection-control techniques while supporting set-up, service, and cleaning of the Dining Room.

Greet and seat guests, take and serve orders, maintain cleanliness, and assist with events. This role requires friendly, attentive service and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ability to greet and seat Residents and Guests in a friendly manner.
• Understanding of proper food handling and infection-control practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat Residents and Guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take meal and beverage orders and serve items according to standards.
• Maintain dining areas and follow the clean as you go policy.
• Assist with set-up and breakdown of the Dining Room.
• Help with special events and functions as needed.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Assist with orientation and training of new servers as needed.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Maintain appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation and hygiene.
• Attend required in‑services and training.
• Provide attentive, courteous, and respectful service to Residents and Guests.
• Perform all other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisor.
