Job summary

The Trillium Tysons is seeking a compassionate Memory Care Server to provide personalized meal service for Memory Care residents, ensuring meals meet prescribed diets and textures. You will review tickets, assist with dining, and help maintain safety and dignity at every meal.

Experience in serving or hospitality and a caring, patient approach are valued as you collaborate with Culinary and Nursing teams to deliver consistent, safe dining experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• Previous serving, dining, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience working with seniors or memory impairment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow dietary instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized meal service to Memory Care residents.
• Review meal tickets and follow residents' diet orders and food texture requirements.
• Verify that meals and beverages match the resident's prescribed dietary needs before serving.
• Assist residents with dining, encouraging independence and dignity.
• Communicate dietary concerns or appetite changes to nursing and dining leadership.
• Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and dining room safety standards.
• Create a calm, welcoming dining environment.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Nursing teams to ensure meals and dining experience are consistent.
