Job summary

The Trillium in McLean, VA is seeking a Part-Time Server for evenings and weekends to deliver high-quality dining service to Residents and Guests. You will apply proper food handling and infection-control techniques while supporting set-up, service, and cleaning of the Dining Room.

Greet and seat guests, take and serve orders, maintain cleanliness, and assist with events. This role requires friendly, attentive service and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.

• Attend required in‑services and training.
• Provide attentive, courteous, and respectful service to Residents and Guests.

SCHEDULE: Part-Time | 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Evenings & Weekends

Additional hours may be available based on the needs of the department.

POSITION SUMMARY

Providing high-quality meal service and exceptional customer service to Residents and Guests. The Part-Time Server is responsible for providing attentive and friendly dining service during evening and weekend hours. Must implement proper food handling and cleaning techniques to ensure optimal infection control. Conduct oneself in a manner that contributes to an environment conducive to the provision of quality resident services. Responsible for the set-up, service, and cleaning of the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards. Assist other food servers with dining services to Residents as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
