Job summary

Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center in Glendive, MT is hiring a Residential Aide to support individuals in group homes. You will work evening and weekend shifts to maintain a safe, home-like environment and help residents live successfully in the community.

Responsibilities include following treatment plans, documenting in Credible EHR and eMAR, completing HIPAA, MANDT and CPR trainings, and coordinating with therapists, lead clinicians, and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to use Credible EHR and eMAR systems.
• Must complete HIPAA, MANDT and CPR training within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide evening and weekend supervision in group home settings.
• Follow treatment plans in collaboration with therapists and lead clinicians.
• Maintain a safe, home-like environment for residents.
• Document behavior and medications in Credible EHR/eMAR as required.
• Participate in on-call Crisis Line duties and training requirements.
