Qualifications

• One year of related experience preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Must complete and pass medication training test during initial probation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (food procurement, meal prep, housekeeping, supervision).
• Provide structure and supervision geared toward safety and wellbeing.
• Perform crisis intervention as needed.
• Assist with medication monitoring and distribution under supervision; prompting residents to take meds as prescribed.
• Maintain required paperwork per Many Rivers policy.
• Coordinate socialization and recreational activities for clients.
