Job summary

• Plan, organize, and direct a program of activities which provides opportunity for entertainment, exercise, relaxation, and expression and fulfills basic psychological, social, and spiritual needs which will be available to all residents of the facility.
• Foster the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of residents through a range of activities and individualized plans.
• Ensure activities comply with applicable policies and regulations and align with care plans.
