Job summary

Complete Care at Willow Creek is looking for a dedicated Recreation Aide to enrich the daily lives of our residents. You will help implement engaging programs, monitor resident participation, and support the activities team in creating a welcoming, celebratory atmosphere throughout the facility.

The role emphasizes empathy, energy, and teamwork, with opportunities to advance. You will join a compassionate team committed to the health journey of our residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player.
• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Computer knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.
