Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in the United States. Starting pay is $11 per hour with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year.

Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting members, enrolling new members, processing purchases, and promoting fitness classes. The role requires availability 5pm–11pm on weekdays and 3pm–7pm on weekends, with a focus on delivering a welcoming, clean club environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available 5pm–11pm weekdays and 3pm–7pm weekends.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
