Qualificações

• Master's degree in nursing or BSN with MSN intent within two years of employment.
• Current, unencumbered Louisiana RN license.
• At least two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Relevant specialty experience in obstetrics, pediatrics, or mental health.
• Strong communication, organization, instructional, and computer skills with a student-centered approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead evening and weekend clinical instruction, including simulation labs as applicable.
• Supervise and evaluate students in clinical settings.
• Provide timely feedback, mentor students, and connect those needing support with college resources.
• Collaborate with clinical partners to review objectives and evaluate learning environments.
• Prepare course materials and syllabi aligned with curriculum; maintain attendance, progress, and grading records.
• Create an accessible learning environment and meet college, LCTC, and accreditation requirements.
