Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in Virginia or appropriate multistate privilege.

• Knowledge of CMS long-term care requirements, resident rights, infection prevention, and nursing facility operations.
• Current CPR/BLS certification as required by facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rounds to monitor resident conditions, care delivery, and staff performance.
