Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Virginia and CPR certification.
• 3–5 years nursing experience, preferably long-term care.
• Supervisory experience of nursing staff.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the nursing team on the unit.
• Ensure adequate staffing for each shift.
• Oversee nursing care and complete performance evaluations.
• Maintain compliance with medical record audits and MD orders.
• Coordinate and supervise care plans and resident needs.
