You will follow recipes, monitor quality, label and rotate ingredients, adhere to safety procedures, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. This role requires strong cooking fundamentals and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience preferred.
• Strong cooking fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and take direction.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes, portions, and plating standards.
• Set up, stock, clean, and close your station.
• Monitor food quality and timing throughout service.
• Label, date, store, and rotate ingredients properly.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures.
• Communicate with the culinary team and assist with prep as needed.
