Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Associate degree preferred; library or academic office experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and perform light cleaning in a library setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic circulation and reference support during night and weekend hours.
• Manage circulation desk, shelve books, log circulation and reference statistics, and perform clerical data entry.
• Assist patrons in person, over the phone, by chat, and by email; refer complex requests to full-time staff.
