Responsibilities

• Greet patients, families, and visitors professionally and provide directions.
• Answer calls, take messages, direct calls to appropriate personnel.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes promptly.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, update information.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning.
• Draft correspondence and create reports for other departments.
