Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft zones with warmth and helpful interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while staying positive and respectful.
• Demonstrate a service culture and consistently execute closing routines.
• Work in all departments to keep sales floor full, zoned and in stock.
