Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is hiring Event Staff for Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, PA. This part-time role focuses on ticket collection, guest greeting, ushering, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced venue environment.

You will work 3:00pm–11:00pm with evenings and weekends available, offering flexible, part-time scheduling suitable for students or those seeking additional income. Starting pay is $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test; may require Driver's Record check.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Directs foot traffic, may collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic at venue entrances.
• Demonstrates understanding of policies and regulations of different venues and events.
• Gives friendly greetings to guests as they arrive and a sincere thank you at encounter completion.
• Provides guests with directions and suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience.
• Interacts with guests with a smile and engaging, natural speaking voice.
