Job summary

Township of Upper St Clair is seeking an Event Attendant to provide overall guest service for renters and their guests. You will work under the supervision of the Facility Rental & Event Coordinator to ensure smooth operations during functions.

Responsibilities include greeting and guiding guests, maintaining room setup, and coordinating with the Rental Coordinator. Must be 16+, capable of CPR/First Aid training, and able to commit to evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willing to be trained and certified to perform CPR and first aid.

Responsibilities

• Communicate to renters, guests and staff with professionalism, enthusiasm, and courtesy.
• Uphold dress code and all C&R policies.
• Obtain Rental Permits and Greeter Checklist and manage sign-in sheets.
