Township of Upper St Clair seeks an Event Attendant for evening and weekend shifts to provide outstanding guest service during rentals and events. You will work under the supervision of the Facility Rental & Event Coordinator, ensuring smooth operations, proper sign-in, and timely communication with renters and staff.

The role requires 16+ years of age, ability to work with children and adults, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Willing to be trained and certified to perform CPR and first aid.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable working with children and adults, including in tense situations.

Responsabilités

• Greet renters, guests and staff professionally and courteously.
• Register, check-in, and check-out guests at functions.
• Ensure room setup and cleanliness; prepare sign-in areas and check-in sheets.
• Monitor function progress and assist renters and guests as needed.
• Complete required paperwork and coordinate with the Facilities Rental Coordinator.
