Township of Upper St Clair is seeking a part-time Tennis/Golf Attendant to manage day-to-day operations and guest services at the Municipal Three-Hole Golf Course, Tennis Courts, and Platform Tennis facilities. The role reports to the Community Programs Coordinator and emphasizes courteous service, professional appearance, and reliable shift coverage.

The position requires basic writing and math skills, comfort working outdoors, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least age 16.
• Ability to provide courteous and professional customer service to the public.
• Ability to work independently in a single-person office while staying organized.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to policies for the administration buildings and facilities.
• Present a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Assist guests and communicate with staff and guests professionally.
• Schedule informational and operational needs of guests and tennis pros.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and paperwork as instructed.
• Process payments and inspect/secure facilities daily.
