St. Clair Country Club in Pittsburgh seeks an Event Coordinator to promote the club's dining facilities for private banquets, business meetings, and social events. You will plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of events with cross‑department collaboration to meet high standards.

The role involves collaborating with members, vendors, and staff, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless event operations while delivering exceptional hospitality and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of event planning or coordination experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and event software.

Responsabilités

• Promotes and markets the club's social events.
• Coordinates all event logistics including scheduling, vendors, catering, layout, and AV setup.
• Develops detailed event plans with F&B Director, Executive Chef, Banquet Chef, and Housekeeping Manager.
• Oversees setup, execution, and guest experience to ensure high standards.
