Apollo Home in Cincinnati is seeking a Dispatcher to join a dynamic, customer‑driven team. You will match the right technician to each job, drive on‑time service delivery, and help achieve sales and revenue goals.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Second shift and weekend availability are required; training and growth opportunities are provided.

Formación

• Proven track record in customer service or dispatch.
• IT proficient; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict, and hold others accountable.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and coordinate all booked calls; monitor calls in unassigned.
• Evaluate booked calls and assign the best technician to each service appointment.
• Maximize revenue by controlling scheduling of service and maintenance calls.
• Meet daily revenue goals by prioritizing urgent and profitable calls.
• Relay accurate information to technicians and provide special instructions.
• Update customers throughout the day on technician progress.
• Hold morning briefing on D-board with Service Manager and update during the day.
• Be professional, establish rapport and encourage repeat business.
• Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote the brand.
• Participate in training to boost sales and ensure quick dispatch of orders.
• Develop contingency plans for busy times; debrief technicians after calls.
• Forecast workload 2–3 days out with the Service Manager.
• Update customer files as information is received.
• Take incoming calls during high volume or coverage periods.
• Other duties as assigned.
