Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.

• Support individuals to pursue goals and participate in community activities.
