Premier Community Supports, LLC in Lincoln City, Oregon seeks a Direct Support Professional to empower individuals to live independently and engage with their community.

You will follow an Individual Support Plan, assist with daily living tasks, transportation, and health needs, and participate in training to ensure safety and dignity. Flexible day/evening/weekend shifts offer a rewarding caregiving role.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass criminal background check as per state requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• CPR & First Aid certification (training provided).
• Willingness to complete annual training (24 hours minimum).
• Comfort around animals (if applicable).

Responsabilités

• Build a supportive, person-centered relationship with the individual and deliver care per ISP.
• Promote autonomy and support rights and daily living decisions.
• Assist with activities of daily living and household tasks.
• Collaborate with the individual, family and support team for best outcomes.
• Facilitate community participation based on individual preferences.
• Assist with budgeting, shopping and meal preparation when needed.
