Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Medication certification within provisional period.
• Ability to write legibly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams and individuals.
• Ability to perform physical interventions.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals per agency policy.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Complete required documentation per standards.
• Dispense medication per agency policy.
• Assist with personal care and daily routines.
• Participate in supervision and trainings.
• Coordinate with treatment team and families as appropriate.
• Respect boundaries and ethics.
