Qualifications

• Valid NYS driver’s license must be maintained.
• Certifications: AMAP, SCIP and Adult CPR required or to be obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Administers medication per certification.
• Encourages choice making and provides ADL support.
• Assists with toileting, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Documents care and billing as required by program.
