Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares and/or pre-portions food for meals and snacks according to planned menus.
• Prepares or portions food using proper food handling and safety techniques.
• Ensures meals and snacks are delivered on time and served attractively.
• Maintains proper temperatures during preparation and service; records temperatures.
• Washes dishes and cleans the work area; follows infection control procedures.
• Operates kitchen equipment safely and reports issues promptly.
• Assists in inventory and keeping the kitchen stocked.
