American Senior Communities is hiring a Culinary Aide to support daily meal prep, service, and sanitation in our care facility. You will help prepare portions according to resident diets and assist the culinary team to ensure a safe, nutritious dining experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability in routine tasks, and a commitment to high-quality resident care. Full-time and part-time positions with day shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Certification in sanitation or safe food handling preferred; can be earned after hire.
• Prior restaurant server experience preferred.
• Commitment to customer service and ability to work with culinary team.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' dining needs.
• Assist in meal preparation and portioning per menu and diets.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for service.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and equipment.
