Job summary

The Mansion at Rosemont, a HumanGood community, is hiring a part-time Concierge team member for weekend midnight to 8 am shifts. You will be the first impression for visitors, handling inquiries, calls, and basic clerical duties in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors, sharing community information to support outreach, and assisting with resident services and visitor coordination. Availability may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in hospitality or healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, potential residents, families, visitors and vendors; manage calls and messages.
• Provide community information to inquiries to support marketing and sales efforts.
• Assist with resident services such as transportation, mail and deliveries, and coordinating visitors.
