Job summary

The Mansion at Rosemont, a HumanGood community on The Main Line, is seeking a part-time Concierge to warmly welcome residents and guests and to be the first point of contact.

This role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and availability on weekends with some evening hours; you will handle phone calls, provide community information, assist with transportation and deliveries, and support a friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Computer skills such as Microsoft suite and desktop publishing software, using internet applications, faxing, copying, etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability that may include evenings, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting residents, potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors while managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages.
• Providing an overview of community information to inquiries in support of marketing and sales efforts.
• Assisting with resident services such as transportation, mail, and deliveries, and the coordination of visitors.

The Mansion at Rosemont, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as "Best of Senior Living" 2022-23, is hiring a part-time Concierge team member! Join us at our boutique senior living community on The Main Line and make an impact on the lives of residents and guests every day.

Shift: Part-Time, Every weekend, Midnight to 8 am. Friday into Saturday, Saturday into Sunday.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 - based on experience

The primary role of the Concierge is to provide excellent hospitality as they are the first impression for all visitors at HumanGood. The Concierge disseminates information in person or on the telephone; operates a telephone console or switchboard, computer, fax machine, copy machine; performs general clerical and light administrative duties.

A Day In The Life May Include

• Greeting residents, potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors while managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
