Webb Automotive is seeking a part-time cashier for evenings and alternating Saturdays. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage cash transactions accurately while maintaining organized records.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership calls professionally and direct customers promptly
• Receive cash, checks, and card payments, issue receipts, provide correct change
• Prepare daily deposits and assist with month-end closings
• Assist with accounts receivable and payable and reconcile schedules
• Manage daily/aged cancellations and communicate with banks and finance teams
• File and scan documents in the Dealership Management System (DMS)
• Maintain vehicle files, title verification, reconditioning and service records
• Stock new vehicles and assist with inventory records
• Perform audits and assist with aftermarket cancellations (warranties, GAP)
• Stay informed on new products, services and pricing
• Maintain coffee bar and waiting area, restock supplies
• Prepare reports and assist with clerical duties
