You will handle payments for vehicle sales, service, and parts while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role emphasizes accuracy in cash handling, strong communication with customers, and teamwork in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Detail-oriented with accurate cash handling and record keeping.
• Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process payments for vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
• Process and deposit checks electronically.
• Enter and maintain customer and vehicle information in dealership systems.
• Scan, file, and organize dealership documents.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
• Keep cashier area clean and provide exceptional customer service.
