Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in customer/client service, preferably in a human services field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support members via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism.
• Guide members to mental health resources (EAP) and crisis support.
• Verify member eligibility and document interactions in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.
