• Engage with guests courteously, taking orders accurately and offering recommendations.
• Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible service and compliance with laws and venue policies.
• Collaborate with banquet/service staff to coordinate beverage service during events.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately, maintaining transaction accountability.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and sanitation throughout the event.
• Report equipment malfunctions or shortages to management promptly.
