Qualifications

• Experience engaging homeowners as the first point of contact.
• Ability to manage a high-volume outbound calling pace.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule in-home consultations by guiding conversations through calls.
• Maintain a fast pace of calls with a target of 250 dials per day.
• Set at least 4 qualified appointments daily within 72 hours.
